Comprehensive Virtual Psycho-Educational Evaluations for Adults & College Students

We specialize in in-depth psycho-educational assessments that go beyond test scores and grades to uncover the root causes of learning and processing difficulties. Our virtual evaluations allow us to assess individuals across the U.S., delivering reliable results from the comfort of your home.

Tip: A proper diagnosis can provide access to academic accommodations, workplace support, and effective learning strategies.

What to Expect on the Day of Testing

On the day of your assessment, you will meet with one of our Nationally Certified Educational Diagnosticians (NCEDs) via Zoom. They will administer a series of interactive assessments designed to identify strengths, challenges, and potential learning disabilities.

Before your scheduled assessment day, we will send a FedEx packet with all necessary testing materials.

Important: To maintain the integrity of the evaluation, the testing packet must remain sealed until your examiner directs you to open it during the session.

Technical Requirements for Virtual Testing

To ensure a smooth and effective evaluation experience, you will need the following:

Equipment

  • A computer with a working video camera
  • A stable internet connection

Environment and Materials

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Basic supplies, including:
    • 2-3 pencils
    • Scratch paper

Tip: A well-prepared environment leads to more accurate testing results and a smoother evaluation process.

What Our Assessments Cover

Our evaluations take a comprehensive approach, assessing multiple aspects of learning and cognition.

Attention and Focus

We evaluate for ADHD and other attention-related difficulties that impact focus, organization, and productivity in school or work settings.

Learning Disabilities

We assess for dyslexia (reading challenges), dysgraphia (writing difficulties), and dyscalculia (math struggles) that may be affecting academic or career performance.

Visual and Auditory Processing

Determining how the brain processes visual and auditory information, which can affect reading comprehension, listening skills, and retention.

Problem-Solving & Processing Speed

Assessment of cognitive flexibility, critical thinking, and how efficiently information is processed in real-time tasks.

Memory

We evaluate both working memory (short-term) and long-term memory, which are crucial for learning retention, following directions, and multitasking.

Academic & Workplace Skills

We measure foundational abilities in reading, writing, and math to help identify accommodations that improve performance in school, standardized tests, or work.

🔍 Why We Look at the Whole Picture

At eDiagnostic Learning, we do not assess for a single learning disability in isolation. A comprehensive evaluation is essential to understanding how an individual learns and processes information. By assessing multiple areas—such as reading, writing, math, attention, memory, and processing—we can rule out overlapping challenges and ensure the most accurate diagnosis and support plan.
